A: it depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

RETURN:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

They will provide you with a return authorization number and guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer.
Customized or Personalized order or Engraving on any jewelry done cannot be return or exchanged,
as they are specially made on request for you on order basis.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
EXCHANGE: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ecory.co and
send your item on the address that will be emailed to you.

If you need to resize your ring, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of delivery.
They will guide you through the resizing process and provide you with a resizing authorization number.
Resizing is available for most of our ring designs, but please note that certain styles may have limitations.
Our team will provide you with all the necessary information and options available for your specific ring.
Its important to note that resizing may incur additional fees, which will be communicated to you before proceeding with the resizing process.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with resizing.
Once the resizing is complete, we will ship the resized ring back to you within 7 business days.
